Yes, there is a method to my madness! Here’s the “Why’s” behind how I’ve decided to create my blog entries:
- Monday – Motivations! — Who doesn’t need an extra dose of motivation on Monday? I always do! This will be a place to start the week of right!
- Tuesday – Training – Strength training is the area of my new healthy lifestyle that I am the weakest on, so I am going to dedicate a day to focus on it and report on it. Hopefully that kickstarts some awesome progress on my part!
- Wednesday – Wishes – A place to fantastize about future goals and set boundaries to make dreams into reality.
- Thursday – Thankfulness – I actually started this portion on November 1, 2010, where in my journal, every day I write down one thing I am thankful for or 1 thing that makes me happy. Today I actually logged my 100th happy thought! Time to take that good karma to the web!
- Friday – Fitness – Logging my running miles and workouts for the week.
- Saturday – Celebrations – Celebrating success: goals met and new records set.
- Sunday – Studio Art — a chance to post my artwork for the week.
